  • Having spent over 20 years working with either DTC retail or B2B sales, I have developed strong skills with needs-based sales techniques.

  • From the sales floor, to the marketing whiteboard, to the warehouse loading dock, to the vendor catalogues, to the analytics dashboard, I have been intimately involved in the key areas & departments of the retail sector.

  • Communication (and listening) skills have been a key factor in my success. Understanding the different between the needs of stakeholders versus the focus of project leaders & executors ensures all parties are empowered with the tools for success & confidence.

  • Optimizations are great but only when they’re able to be adopted effectively into the organization. Recognizing the need for change management practices allows for all the involved parties to feel like participants in the process.
